RM Seafood is a restaurant venue at Mandalay Bay, and Gordon Ramsay Steak is at Paris Las Vegas. RM Seafood is Top Chef Masters and jury panel member Chef Rock Moonan’s signature restaurant. Gordon Ramsay Steak is the first restaurant of world renowned Chef Gordon Ramsay in Las Vegas. RM Seafood was designed to evoke the early days of Las Vegas and the mid-century modern hotels that first flourished in the dessert in the 40’s and 50’s. Gordon Ramsay Steak incorporates a nod to the chunnel to celebrate the partnership of a British chef with the namesake of the hotel.
