The two renovated restaurants replaced previous concepts at the resort, with the goal of attracting the local Scottsdal market as well as resort guest. Gainey Ranch is set amidst flowering cactus and framed against the majestic McDowell Mountains.

ALTO is entered through an exquisitely landscaped courtyard; vibrant, red pol lights illuminated the path over a bridge-style wooden deck. Inside, the experience is enlivened by walls of wine, a cheese and charcuterie room and tableside risotto preparation.

SWB is a casual, three-meal bistro featuring indigenous Southwest cuisine and materials. Both spaces are distinctive and modern, offering new indoor-outdoor connections and a current, 21st century perspective on the restaurant experience. The restaurants have separate entries, meeting at the lively wine and liquor bar.
